1. Terms and Condition for Special Clearance Products

  1. Special Clearance products will have 1 year warranty. Under any manufacturing defects, the product will be either repair or replace.
  2. ESA will not be responsible for any labour cost relating to removal or re installation of products or any transport cost.
  3. The warranty will be void if the product had been damaged, modified, abused or altered after the date of purchase, or if it fails to operate due to improper maintenance.
  4. Minimum purchase order do apply for free delivery. Please call our office to confirm.
  5. Order cancellation policy: Special Clearance products cannot be cancelled or change once received.
  6. Delivery lead time:
  • Within 2 business day within Victoria.
  • Within 4 business day for others states major city except NT and Perth
  • Within 10 business day for area other then above.

2. Terms and Condition for General Products

  1. All ESA products warranty period will be stated in our latest “Trade Price” or catalogs.
  2. If within the warranty period, ESA will have the option to repair the goods or supply replacement goods free of charge. Customer is responsible for all costs of to return the faulty products back to ESA warehouse. ESA will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods occurring white the defects goods are in transit.
  3. Claiming under warranty: Customer must contact ESA to obtain a Goods Returned Authorisation (GRA) number for the goods and notified the return address. ESA will examine any returned goods to determine that they are defective through no fault of the owner or undamaged, ESA will repair or replace the goods accordingly.
  4. ESA will not be responsible for any labour cost relating to removal or re-installation of products or any transport cost.
  5. The warranty will be void if the product had been damaged, modified, abused or altered after the date of purchase, or if it fails to operate due to improper maintenance.

  7. Returned of goods within 45days: A handling fees of 20% of the invoiced price will be charged to the customer for any returned within 45days from the date of delivery.
  8. Returned of goods after 45days: ESA will not accept any goods returned after 45days from the date of delivery.
  9. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted by ESA are exclusive of GST
  10. At least 1.5% fee will be added to overall payment amount if made by credit card (Amex is not accepted). ESA reserves the right to increase the credit card surcharge should associated merchant fees change.
  11. Cancellation of Orders:
    • Customer may not cancel an order at any time before delivery of the goods except with ESA written consent
    • In the event that the customer cancels an order before delivery, ESA may retain any deposit paid; or
    • If payment for the goods is not already made in full, the customer will be responsible for any losses incurred by ESA in respect of such cancellation (including loss of profits, loss of anticipated saving, economic loss or interruption of business loss or indirect damages.
